How Kompelio handles account and business information.

Last updated August 26, 2026. This policy explains the information used to operate the Kompelio beta and the choices currently available to users.

Information used by Kompelio

Kompelio processes account information, the business-profile answers you provide, generated obligation records, completion records, notification preferences, and reminder-delivery history. This information is used to operate the workspace and the features you request.

Service providers

Kompelio uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for application hosting and scheduled processing, and Resend for transactional reminder email. These providers process information needed to deliver their part of the service.

Email reminders

If reminders are enabled, Kompelio sends to the notification email saved in Settings or, if none is saved, the authenticated account email. Delivery history may include delivery status and a provider message identifier.

Your choices

You can update your business profile and notification preferences in the application. Self-service account deletion is not available during beta. Use the Help and beta feedback page for the current support route and deletion requests.

Security and limitations

Kompelio applies authenticated access controls and database row-level security to account workspaces. No online service can promise absolute security. Do not enter secrets or information that the product does not request.
